Good question! If it’s an in stock item it’s likely being packed in the warehouse as we speak! Once the order is fulfilled you’ll receive an email to say it’s on its way. Once you get that email you can track where it goes until it’s at your door.
If you’re concerned your order is taking longer than above, send us an email to service@zoilaathletics.com and we’d be happy to provide you with an update.
Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. Please contact us immediately at service@zoilaathletics.com with your order number and we will help you the best we can.
We are committed to getting you order to you as soon as possible so if your order has been processed by our fulfillment team it cannot be cancelled.
If you've ordered the wrong size or accidentally ordered too many of an item, email us within 1 hour of your order being placed at service@zoilaathletics.com.
